EΠI TI MNACEOV CAPΔIANΩN, bearded head of Herakles right, wearing lion-skin on shoulders / CE-BACTH, winged Nike flying left, holding palm branch in left arm and wreath in extended right hand.
RPC 3010; AsiaMinorCoins.com Coin ID #5921.
Good VF, nicer than pic, obv. legend fully readable.
The legend CEBASTH (lat. Augusta) may suggest that Poppaea is depicted here as Nike. There is a similar coin from Smyrna with the legend NEIKH ΠOΠΠAIA SMYR where this connection is explicit.
